About Us
Milestones Child Development Center is a specialized pediatric therapy clinic offering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We provide customized therapy plans for children from newborns to 18 years, focusing on improving functional abilities and quality of life through play-based and evidence-based interventions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children, including cases of Autism, Cerebral Palsy, articulation issues, and oro-motor difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments
Develop and update personalized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and guide families
Provide individualized therapy sessions (one-on-one or group)
Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and doctors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred
RCI registration preferred
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Diploma holders or candidates with relevant experience may be considered
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and child-friendly approach
Good analytical and clinical decision-making abilities
Salary
₹2,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience). Referral or revenue-sharing models may also be considered.
